Livestreaming and Content Creation: On-Device AI and DSP Audio Interface Solution

Pawpaw Technology’s PRO-STREAMFX-B1 audio interface solution supports livestreaming, podcasting, and content creation. It integrates a complete audio processing engine into the hardware and runs complex effects chains in real time.

The solution supports two microphone or line input channels. It also supports mixing across multiple inputs and outputs, including USB-C, USB On-The-Go (OTG), and Sony/Philips Digital Interface (S/PDIF) connections.

Vocal removal and ducking run on a single onboard chip, alongside reverb, voice effects, and pitch correction. These effects use no processing resources from the connected computer or phone, supporting more demanding creative workflows.

Singing and Karaoke: On-Device AI for Real-Time Vocal Removal

The PRO-ARIA-D1 solution brings real-time vocal removal to karaoke speakers, livestreaming audio interfaces, and microphones. Lightweight AI algorithms process audio directly on the device’s chip, without cloud computing or a network connection.

The model is optimized for listening quality, delivering clean vocal removal with a fast response. It reduces residual vocals in high registers and complex vocal arrangements while preserving instrumental detail, rhythmic definition, and a sense of space. It also substantially reduces watery and metallic artifacts.

The solution supports continuous or stepped control over how much of the original vocal remains. Users can move smoothly between an instrumental backing track, a sing-along mix, and the original recording.

Users can play any song through the device to obtain a natural-sounding backing track. This gives audio products a ready-to-use karaoke feature: choose a song and start singing.

Instrument Practice: On-Device AI for Real-Time Stem Separation

Pawpaw Technology’s on-device AI stem separation solution supports practice for instruments such as guitar and bass. The algorithm separates mixed music into vocals, guitar, and the remaining accompaniment in real time, directly on the hardware. Each stem has independent volume control.

Guitarists can mute the original guitar part while keeping the drums, bass, and vocals as accompaniment. This lets them play along with the song in a full band mix. The solution brings convenient practice features to effects processors, audio interfaces, and speakers.

Tuning and Interaction: DSP Tuner Browser Tool

DSP Tuner is a browser tool supplied with the relevant solutions. It simplifies audio tuning during product development and gives end users direct control over their device’s sound.

Engineers and users can connect to the device through a mainstream browser with WebHID support. They can adjust parameters for audio effects such as PEQ, compression, reverb, noise reduction, mixing, and AI audio processing.

Parameter changes are written to the hardware in real time, so users can hear the results immediately. No dedicated driver or separate desktop application is required. The tool also supports A/B comparisons and preset import and export.
